CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
Welcome to Our Lady of the Pines Parish, Donvale

We share our happiness with each other and it becomes greater
We share our troubles with each other and they become smaller
We share one another’s griefs and burdens and their weight becomes possible to bear

It is wonderful that many of us are now able to attend Mass in person once again.  At the beginning of this year we could never have imagined a time where that would not be possible.

It has been a challenging year for us all and we continue to pray for all those who have been, and are continuing to be, affected by COVID-19.

Thanks to the assistance of many of our wonderful parishioners, who have willingly volunteered their time and talents, we have been able to give you the opportunity to attend Mass from the comfort of your homes, via our recorded Masses.

In particular we would like to thank the following people who unselfishly helped behind the scenes each week.  Without the unfailing generosity of their time we would not have been able to bring you these Masses:

Liturgy Co-ordinators, Sacristans, Musicians, Readers, Readers’ Co-ordinator, Videographer, Editor, Website Co-ordinators and Office Staff.

And finally, thank you so much to our wonderful OLOP community.  We appreciate your support and patience and hope that you found our recorded Masses enriching.  We look forward to being together in person once again.  Our last recorded Mass will be for the weekend of 5th and 6th December.

Read, Reflect and Share
Would you like to spend time reading and reflecting on passages from the Bible with a small group of fellow parishioners?  We are planning weekly sessions via Zoom. Each session is expected to take 30 to 45 mins.  To register your interest please email cheryl.tay@cam.org.au with your available days and corresponding time block for each day (eg morning, afternoon or evening).

Parish Office Opening Hours
We have been advised by the Archdiocese of Melbourne that parish offices are still currently restricted places of work (high risk) and that the Government’s advice continues to be that those who can work from home must continue to do so.  In view of this, we are unable to completely open up the parish office at this time.  We are however open for a limited time period on Wednesdays from 9 am to 12 noon at OLOP and at Ss Peter & Paul’s on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 am to 12 noon.
Friendliness and enthusiastic participation in parish life are the hallmarks of
