Fr Jerald is a diocesan priest who comes to us from India.  He was ordained as a priest in in India in 2009.  Having served two years in South India, he then accepted an offer to take up his ministry in the Archdiocese of Melbourne, commencing in 2011.  During his stay in Melbourne he assisted at St Patrick’s Cathedral and at St Augustine’s church for one year.  He then served as Assistant Priest at St Macartan’s Parish in Mornington for 19 months.  He was appointed Priest Pastoral Co-ordinator at Our Lady of the Pines in June 2014.

 

In January of 2015 Fr Jerald was asked to take up the additional role of Administrator at Ss Peter and Paul’s Parish in Doncaster East.  In May 2016 he was officially appointed as Parish Priest of both Our Lady of the Pines and Ss Peter and Paul’s and was officially installed as Parish Priest for these partnered parishes on the 10th September, 2016 at a ceremony officiated by His Grace, Archbishop Denis Hart.
